Head of Quality Assurance

Do you obsess about details, love design and are passionate about awesome user experiences? Well, we might have the perfect job for you. We’re currently looking for a Test Manager to our Stockholm office.

As a Test Manager you will be leading a small team of testers and participate in the whole game development process, from concept to production. You will manage the QA-work both long and short term and ensure expectations are met. Your responsibilities will include planning, testing and taking ownership of the test results. You will perform testing of game clients, game server, backend and management applications which will include both functional and non-functional testing.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the testing on a daily basis
  • Manage the long term quality assurance work
  • Participate as the responsible tester in game projects
  • Manage changes
  • Design and execute tests
  • Review design documents, environment descriptions and other documentation
  • Document features and requirements
  • Develop automated test cases to run in tools like Apache Jmeter
  • Configure test environments
  • Investigate incidents
  • Find and report bugs

Tools you will be using

  • JMeter or similar
  • JIRA
  • Internal test tools
  • Various scripting languages, JAVA-script etc.
  • Network monitoring tools (Charles and Fiddler)
  • Experience in building and managing a test/QA organization
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in testing of web applications including backend
  • Experience in test design and execution
  • Some experience of programming/scripting
  • Experience in automated testing
  • Experience in testing of internet applications and websites
