Why Thunderkick?

Underdog mentality

We have grown out of an underdog mentality, changing and evolving constantly. As an employee you will be part of that. Here you will get personal responsibility and the ability to influence from day one. Our games are created by small, agile teams, in the short space of a few months, meaning you do not have to worry about being stuck in development hell.

You are in command

Bureaucracy is spelled bureaucrazy if you ask us! We prioritize product and people over processes. Everybody is involved in the whole game development process and each team has the chance to shape the games the way they want. There is really no other place where you will have this amount of impact and where you will learn and grow this fast!

Is your dream job not listed? Write to us anyway!

Don’t stay under our radar! Just state General Application in the application form and tell us what you could bring to the table.

Office Life

We are a great group of people who care about each other. We want our office to be a home for creativity and fun, and a place where everyone feels safe and respected. We get there by being open; open to fresh perspectives, different personalities, new thinking, and teamwork.

We host parties, trips, sports, game nights, ping pong and pool tables, in addition to a great office with a pretty neat view – to name a few perks. Speaking of perks: we prioritize a healthy work / life balance.

Creative Exchange

At Thunderkick, we believe in a cross-pollination of ideas. We want everyone to add their craziness into the mix – the tried and true, the bold and new, as well as the utterly mad. We also believe that people with the freedom to flex their creativity are the happiest ones, which is why each team owns its respective game and is free to decide on how to best proceed in development.

We nurture our brains with a lot of inspiring stuff like creative hangouts, fun workshops, and exciting trips.
